Lemon Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 150 grams of flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6). Cover your baking tray with baking paper.
- Step 2: Mix the soft butter with the sugar and add the egg. Stir well, then gradually add the flour and baking powder.
- Step 3: Using a grater, rub the skin of the lemon to obtain fine zest. Squeeze the lemon and add both the juice and zest to the dough. Stir to combine.
- Step 4: Make small piles of dough, spaced out on the baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes.
