Delicious Recipe
It’s so delicious that I make it at least 3 times a week! Easy and delicious!
Ingredients and Preparation:
- 800-900 grams of marinated meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion
- Red pepper
- Various herbs
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of flour
- 20 grams of oil
- Onion
- 1 carrot
- Potato
- 1/2 pepper
- 1 tomato
- 300-400 grams of green beans
- Tomato puree
- Herbes de Provence
Preparation Method:
- Prepare the vegetables: cut the onion, carrot, potato, pepper, and tomato into small pieces.
- Mix the minced meat with the onion, oil, egg, spices, and herbs in a large bowl until everything is well mixed.
- Form the meat mixture into small balls.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
- Add onion, carrot, potato, pepper, tomato, green beans, tomato puree, and pour in Herbes de Provence.
- Mix the herbs well and cook over low heat until thickened.
Additional Information:
- You can use different types of meat, such as beef or chicken, according to your taste.
- You can serve this dish with rice or fresh bread to complete your meal.
- Leftover dough can be stored in the refrigerator for later use.
